Any active person who lives or works near The Town Center at Levis Commons will benefit from our clean gym facilities and effective workout program.


The science behind our program revolves around what is called interval training. During this training, members will monitor their heart rate and strive to keep it inside of a certain zone. The benefits of this are outstanding with most new members experiencing up to 5 pounds of weight loss a week when they first get started. The classes remain interesting because the workouts are varied. You will rotate between three different workout stations, each containing 12 individual exercises and machines.


Our world-class coaches and gym trainers are there to help guide you on your health quest. When you join, you will consult with one of them to determine your weight loss goals and create a plan to help you best reach them. During the class, you will receive all the help you need to perform each individual exercise effectively while still benefiting from an energetic group workout.


Whether you are new to working out or you are an experienced athlete, there is something for you at Orangetheory. We understand that the first step to getting healthy is the hardest and most important one. This is a judgment-free zone where everyone works together to help you reach your goals.

Health and fitness have always been an important part of Coach Amanda’s life. She is extremely passionate about empowering others to find their path to a healthier lifestyle. She was drawn to the Orangetheory brand for its high-energy, science-based, results-driven workouts. She has been working in the fitness industry for the last 5 years and is an ACE-certified personal trainer. She is a busy mom of 3 boys who understands the challenges of working through pregnancy and postpartum body changes. She also empathizes with how busy life can get, but feels very strongly about the importance of prioritizing time to take care of one’s self. She believes that exercise should not feel like a chore and always strives to help others find the fun on their fitness journey.
Coach Brad is a Perrysburg native who followed his heart into the fitness industry following 16 years in corporate sales. He discovered Orangetheory through his passion for high intensity interval training & proven workouts backed by science. He truly appreciates how Orangetheory builds into the local community by fostering a positive health-focused atmosphere for its members. Brad’s aim is to help clients better develop themselves in pursuit of their individualized goals. Brad is a NASM certified personal trainer and always willing to listen or assist- just ask!
Coach Kerri comes to OTF with 15 years experience in the fitness industry as an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer. Kerri has always enjoyed the camaraderie and support that group fitness creates. She finds that OTF infuses the individual benefits of personal training into an energized group fitness atmosphere, making it the perfect mix! She is extremely motivated and energized by the hard work and dedication she witnesses in every class. Kerri has always had a passion for health and fitness and loves sharing that passion with members!

HEART MONITORED TRAINING

 

Backed by the science of post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC), our heart-rate monitored training is designed to keep heart rates in a target zone that stimulates metabolism and increases energy. Our clients burn an estimated 500 to 1000 calories per workout. We are 5 zone heart-rate interval training.

COACH SUPPORT

 

Working out in a group provides accountability and structure to help achieve fitness goals. You are more likely to get a great workout and better results from the well-rounded movements and pace direction you get in a group setting. The session motivates each other to pick up the pace and reach beyond plateaus. People who workout in groups stick to their goals more consistently than those that workout alone.
